We were please to have a Team Tyson host a Blankie Project at their baby shower event! What an amazing way to celebrate the life of a new child. The blankie came out so cute and we can see the amount of love that was put into these decorations!!

We are very excited to participate in Soul Fit’s Holiday Festival this Sunday, December 15th! There are plenty of activities for both parents and kids – so bring the whole family! While you get a thai massage, take in healing sounds or move to live music, drop off your kids at our blankie decorating station!

Team Seed School helped us kick off our giving season by hosting a blankie decorating afternoon! We were thrilled to watch these budding artists create four beautiful blankies!! Very impressive! Check them out below:
Our crowdfunding campaign is live and ready for donations! Please help us raise enough money to create 1000 blankets for children living in shelters by Christmas!
$30 will create 5 new blankies for children living in shelters and bring awareness to many more through our art projects.
The Brooklyn Blankie Project is going nationwide and we are so excited to announce our first San Francisco event taking place on Saturday, December 7th!! We will be partnering with Children of Shelters at their annual fundraiser, Santa Fest. Families can enjoy a variety of fun, holiday activities that include making gingerbread houses, photos with Santa and of course, decorating our super soft donated fabric.
The Blankie Project is so excited to be apart of this amazing fundraiser and can’t wait to bring at least 200 new decorated blankets to this great organization. The event does require an admission fee, so please check out their website and grab your tickets before they’re gone!

Hello Everyone!
We are excited to announce that our soft launch at Parkside Playground’s Play for Peace event last Wednesday, October 9, 2013, was amazing!
What a great strong turnout by the community and we thank them for giving our blanket so much love! The children of Prospect Lefferts Gardens generously decorated a community blanket big enough to create 20 personal ‘blankies’ for NY children living in shelters.
Our goal for this Fall is to have 1000 ‘blankies’ decorated and donated by the New Year. Please show your support with donations of fleece, fabric paint, or volunteer at an event.
